OPEN CALL: Collective Story
In the framework of the #stayhome movement and aiming at contributing to creativity during these difficult times we are all going through, NiMAC [Nicosia Municipal Arts Centre, Associated with the Pierides Foundation] announces an open call for a collective project for children and adults.
We, therefore, invite young and “adult” children to contribute to the story “The Tiny Dragon” with a word, a phrase, a paragraph, an idea…
Our story begins when the Dragon, feeling underestimated by the rest of his peers, decides to think and act outside the box in order for the rest of the herd to notice him.
Send us your ideas at info@nimac.org.cy and we will edit them into an interesting and beautiful collective story. After the story is edited by our team, it will be sent to all those who have contributed to it, and will also be published on our webpage, for all to enjoy and illustrate, as each one of you likes, using your own inspiration, your own taste and your own style.
The deadline for submitting a word / a phrase / a paragraph / an idea is Tuesday 24 March 2020, at 12:00, at info@nimac.org.cy

Following the publishing date, participants can share their illustrations:
- Via email, at info@nimac.org.cy
- Post illustrations on social networks, mentioning the Art Centre, @NiMACnicosia (Facebook) and @nimac_cy (Instagram) and using the hashtag #nimac_CollectiveStory
In turn, NiMAC will be sharing through the internet all the illustrations that will be sent to us by email or those that will be posted though the above social networks.
